नेपाल में ही क्यों बार-बार आता है भूकंप?
नेपाल में आए भूकंप में 100 से अधिक लोगों की मौत हो गई है। मलबे में दबे जीवित व मृत लोगों के शरीर को अब भी बाहर निकाला जा रहा है। नेपाल में आए इस भूंकप की तीव्रता 6।4 मापी गई। इस भूकंप का असर भारत में भी देखने को मिला और कई राज्यों में भूकंप के झटके महसूस हुए। लेकिन क्या आपने कभी सोचा है कि नेपाल में ही इतना अधिक भूकंप क्यों आता है। दरअसल इसके पीछे एक भौगोलिक जानकारी, जिसे हमने स्कूल के टाइम पर पढ़ा तो जरूर होगा लेकिन कभी ध्यान नहीं दिया होगा कि आखिर नेपाल में ही इतने ज्यादा भूकंप क्यों आते हैं।
नेपाल में क्यों आते हैं इतने ज्यादा भूकंप
दरअसल भूगोल की किताब में जब ज्वालामुखी और टेक्टोनिक प्लेट के विषय की हम पढ़ाई करते हैं तो पता चलता है कि हिमालय दो टेक्टोनिक प्लेटों के घर्षण से बना है जो कि एक ज्वालामुखी पर्वत है। जब एक टेक्टोनिक प्लेट नीचे और दूसरा टेक्टोनिक प्लेट घर्षण से ऊपर जाता है तो ज्वालामुखी व पहाड़ बनते हैं और उस क्षेत्र के आसपास के इलाकों में भूकंप देखने को मिला है। भूगोल के हिसाब से सातों महाद्वीप से पूर्व एक ही भूभाग हुआ करता था, जिसे पैंजिया कहते थे। पैंजिया जब टूटने लगा तो कई महाद्वीप बन गए।
इन महाद्वीपों के भूभांग पर कई देश बसे हैं। इनमें से ही एक देश है नेपाल जो हिमालय की गोद में बसा हुआ है। दरअशल नेपाल इंडो-ऑस्ट्रेलिया और यूरेशियन प्लेट के बीच के भूभाग पर बसा है। ऐसे में जब दोनों टेक्टोनिक प्लेटों में घर्षण या टक्कर होती है तो नेपाल में भूकंप के झटके महसूस होते हैं। जानकारी के मुताबाकि हर साल 5 सेमी की दर से ये दोनों टेक्टोनिक प्लेट एक दूसरे पर चढ़ रही हैं। इस कारण बार-बार नेपाल में भूकंप देखने को मिलता है। गौरतलब है कि इससे पहले साल 2015 में नेपाल में भूकंप ने तबाही मचाई थी। इस दौरान नेपाल में करीब 8 हजार लोगों की मौत हो गई थी।

मुलताई में कुछ बैंक, कुछ शॉपिंग कॉम्प्लेक्स बिना पार्किंग के संचालित हो रहे हैं, तथा कुछ लोगों ने पार्किंग के लिए जगह बहुत कम दी है। जो वाहन पार्किंग के लिए पर्याप्त नहीं है। इससे ग्राहको को वाहन खड़े करने में बहुत परेशानी होती है। आखिर बिना पार्किंग के बैंक कैसे संचालित हो रहे हैं। ये तो नियमों का उल्लघंन हो रहा है। सड़क किनारे वाहन खड़े करने से यातायात व्यवस्था प्रभावित होती है। कई बार दुर्घटना तक हो जाती है। सरकारी जमीन पर वाहन खड़े हो रहे हैं ।जबकि जिस भवन मे बैंक संचालित होती है उसकी स्वयं की पार्किंग होना जरूरी है। मुलताई में संचालित सभी बैंकों की पार्किंग व्यवस्था की जांच होना चाहिए।
कुछ बेसमेंट बिना अनुमति के बने हैं। कुछ व्यावसायिक भवनों के नक्शे बिना पार्किंग दिए पास हुए हैं। कुछ लोगों ने सरकारी जमीन पर पक्का अतिक्रमण कर लिया है। जांच होना चाहिए।
