कलेक्टर श्री संदीप जी आर ने प्रत्येक मंगलवार की भांति इस मंगलवार को भी जनसुनवाई के पश्चात लंबे समय से सीएम हेल्पलाइन शिकायत कर्ताओं की शिकायतों का निराकरण कराया और निर्देश दिए कि संबंधित अधिकारी मौके पर जाकर निरीक्षण करें और उनकी समस्याओं का निराकरण करें। कलेक्टर श्री संदीप जी आर ने शिकायत कर्ताओं से विस्तार से उनकी शिकायत के संबंध में जानकारी प्राप्त की और निराकरण के निर्देश दिए।
उन्होंने एसडीम सहित अन्य विभागीय अधिकारियों को भी निर्देशित किया है कि वे रेंडम रूप से शिकायत को निकालें और शिकायतकर्ताओं से संवाद रखें। इस प्रकार से शिकायत का उचित निराकरण भी किया जा सकेगा।
