कलेक्टर श्री संदीप जी. आर. के आदेश के परिपालन में एस.डी.एम. बीना के निर्देशन में खाद्य सुरक्षा प्रशासन, राजस्व विभाग एवं खाद्य आपूर्ति विभाग ने संयुक्त छापा मार कार्यवाही की। बीना के स्टेशन रोड स्थित श्री नाथ पाव भाजी एवं चायनीज सेन्टर का निरीक्षण करने पर एक्सपायरी डेट का ब्लेक सोया सॉस का नमूना जांच हेतु लिया गया तथा अवैध रूप से रखे 5 घरेलू सिलेन्डर जप्त किये गये। सिन्धी कॉलोनी में स्थित बन्शिका बेकरी का निरीक्षण करने पर अस्वास्थकर परिस्थितियों में केक निर्माण होना पाया गया साथ ही 25 किलो एक्सपायरी डेट की बेकरी खाद्य पदार्थों की समाग्री जप्त की गई। एफ.एस.एस.ए.आई लायसेंस नहीं होने पर बंशिका बेकरी को लायसेंस प्रस्तुत करने एवं अनियमितता को दूर करने तक की अवधि के लिए सील किया गया। साथ ही केक शीरमाल, पनीर, नमकीन, खारीज के नमूनें संग्रहित कर जांच हेतु राज्य खाद्य परीक्षण भोपाल प्रेषित किये गये।
