सागर /-कलेक्टर श्री संदीप जी आर ने निर्देश दिए की वर्षाकाल के पूर्व जिले के सभी क्षतिग्रस्त एवं जर्जर भवनों को चिन्हित करें और उन पर कार्रवाई करने की कार्य कार्रवाई करें जिससे कि कोई भी दुर्घटना न घट सके। उन्होंने कहा कि जर्जर भवनों पर लाल पेंट से क्रॉस का निशान लगाएं और संबंधित मकान मालिक का नाम भी अंकित करें। उन्होंने कहा कि इसके बाद भी संबंधित मकान मालिक अपना जर्जर या क्षतिग्रस्त मकान को डिस्ट्रॉय नहीं करता है और यदि कोई दुर्घटना होती है तो संबंधित मकान मालिक जिम्मेदार होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि नगर निगम के अधिकारी, सभी नगरी निकायों की अधिकारी, एसडीएम, तहसीलदार अपने-अपने क्षेत्र में तीन दिवस के अंदर जर्जर मकानों को चिन्हित करें और प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत करें। उन्होंने कहा कि किसी भी स्थिति में जर्जर मकान से दुर्घटना नहीं होना चाहिए। जर्जर मकान चिन्हित करने के बाद यदि मकान मालिक तीन दिवस में मकान ठीक नहीं करता है या उसको डिस्ट्रॉय नहीं करता है तो उसके पश्चात संबंधित नगरी निकाय डिस्ट्रॉय करने की कार्रवाई करेगा और कार्यवाही में लगने वाली लगत की राशि संबंधित मकान मालिक से वसूल की जाएगी।
