कलेक्टर श्री संदीप जी आर के निर्देश अनुसार प्रत्येक माह के अंतिम तारीख को उस माह में सेवानिवृत्त होने वाले शासकीय अधिकारी/कर्मचारियों का विदाई समारोह कलेक्टर कार्यालय के सभाकक्ष में आयोजित किया जाएगा।
कलेक्टर श्री संदीप जी आर ने बताया कि शासकीय सेवक हमेशा शासकीय सेवा के लिए अपना सब कुछ देता है उनकी सेवानिवृत्ति के दिन उनका सम्मान स्वरूप विदाई की जाए इससे अच्छी कोई बात नहीं हो सकती इसलिए उनका विदाई समारोह प्रत्येक माह की अंतिम तारीख को कलेक्टर कार्यालय में वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों की उपस्थिति में किया जाएगा जिसमें उनका शॉल श्रीफल के साथ उनके सभी आर्थिक देयकों को भी प्रदान किया जाएगा।
उन्होंने बताया कि सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद कोई भी शासकीय अधिकारी कर्मचारी को परेशान न होना पड़े इसलिए यह कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया जाएगा जिसमें उनको उनकी सभी शासकीय देयको का भुगतान के भुगतान पत्र प्रदान किए जाएंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि फरवरी माह में 28 तारीख को कलेक्टर कार्यालय के सभाकक्ष में सायं 4 बजे यह कार्यक्रम आयोजित होगा।
कलेक्टर श्री संदीप जी आर ने पेंशन अधिकारी सहित समस्त विभागों के विभाग अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया है कि अपने-अपने विभागों के अधिकारी/कर्मचारी जो की अगले 6 माह में सेवानिवृत्त हो रहे हैं उनकी सूची कलेक्टर कार्यालय एवं पेंशन अधिकारी कार्यालय में जमा करें जिससे कि उनके सभी आर्थिक देयकों का भुगतान सेवानिवृत्ति दिनांक पर हो सके।
