जांच दल को सात दिवस में देना होगा जवाब
सागर /-डॉ दीपक दुबे चिकित्सा अधिकारी सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र केसली के पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट के एवज में राशि मांगने के प्रकरण की जांच करने के लिए कलेक्टर श्री संदीप जी आर के निर्देश पर मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉक्टर ममता तिमोरी के द्वारा तीन सदस्यीय जांच दल का गठन किया गया है। गठित जांच दल उक्त प्रकरण की जांच कर 7 दिवस में अपना जवाब प्रस्तुत करेगा।
जांच दल में डॉ. जे.एस. धाकड़ डी.एच.ओ 1 स्थानीय कार्यालय सागर, डॉ. जी.पी. आर्य डी. एच.ओ.-3 स्थानीय कार्यालय सागर एवं डॉ. विपिन खटीक अर्बन नोडल अधिकारी जिला सागर को शामिल किया गया है।
डॉक्टर दीपक दुबे चिकित्सा अधिकारी सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र केसली के विरुद्ध एफआईआर दर्ज होने के संबंध में रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने का आदेश दिया। उल्लेखनीय है कि जिला पंचायत उपाध्यक्ष श्री देवेन्द्र सिंह ठाकुर के द्वारा अवगत कराया गया था, कि सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र केसली जिला सागर में पदस्थ चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ. दीपक दुबे के द्वारा द्वारा सर्प के काटने से मृतक स्व.श्री धनसींग यादव उम्र 70 वर्ष के, पोते श्री रोहित यादव से पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट देने के एवज मे मृतक के परिजनों को मिलने वाली सहायता रात्रि 4 लाख रूपये की 10 प्रतिशत राशि यानी 40 हजार रुपए की मांग की गई एवं राशि न देने की स्थिति में पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट में सर्प के काटने से मृत्यु का उल्लेख न कर नार्मल रिपोर्ट थाना में भेजने को कहा गया।
राशि न देने के कारण डॉ दुबे के द्वारा मृतक की पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट में सर्प काटने से मृत्यु होना न लिख कर नार्मल मृत्यु की रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की गई। उक्त के संबंध मे मृतक के पोते श्री रोहित यादव के द्वारा पुलिस थाना केसली में डॉ दीपक दुबे के विरूद्ध एफआईआर दर्ज कराई गई है।
उक्त प्रकरण में जांच हेतु जांच दल का गठन किया गया है एवं जांच दल को निर्देशित किया गया है कि उक्त प्रकरण की जांच कर प्रतिवेदन 7 दिवस के अंदर मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी के समक्ष प्रस्तुत करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे।
