-दिनोंक-14.06.2025 को आहत अरबाज कुरैशी पिता अजीज कुरैशी उम्र 25 साल नि० मोतीनगर वार्ड सागर ने देहाती नालसी लेख कराई कि दिनांक 13.06.2025 के शाम करीबन 08.30 बजे की बात है मैं अपनी बुलेट मोटरसाईकिल से राहतगढ बस स्टेण्ड से अपने घर कटरा तरफ लौट रहा था कि रास्ते में माता मंदिर के पास ट्राफिक जाम लगा हुआ था तो मैने ईतवारी टोरी वाले रास्ता से अपने घर तरफ जाने लगा रास्ते में मुझे मेरा दोस्त शादाब खान मिला जो मुझसे बोला कि मुझे राधा तिराहा में कुछ काम है राधा तिराहा पर छोड देना तो मैं अपनी बुलेट मोटरसाईकिल से शादाब को बैठाया और जैसे ही हम लोग राकेश राय वाली गली चद्रशेखर वार्ड में पहुंचे तो वंहा पर इमरान खान और समीर खान मिले जो समीर खान ने मेरी गाडी में पीछे बैठे हुये सादाब खान को पुरानी बुराई के चलते बुलेट से खीचकर नीचे गिरा दिया मैने बुलेट को आगे रोककर खड़ी करके शादाब के पास पहुंचा तो समीर खान ने शादाब खान को लात घूसो से मारपीट कर रहा था और हम लोगो को गंदी गंदी गालिया देते हुये बोला कि गोली मारो और इमरान खान ने जान से मारने की नियत से मुझ पर कटटा से फायर किया जो मेरे बाये पैर के पंजे में लगी खून निकलने लगा की रिपोर्ट पर अपाध धारा 109,296,115(2),3(5) भारतीय न्याय संहिता का पंजीबद्ध कर विवेचना में लिया।
दौरान विवेचना प्रकरण की गंभीरता को दृष्टिगत रखते हुये वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के मार्ग-दर्शन में आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश प्राप्त किये जाकर प्रभावी कार्यवाही करते हुये मुखविर सूचना तंत्र स्थापित कर आरोपी इमरान उर्फ इवरान पिता रहमान खान उम्र 39 साल नि० चंद्रशेखर वार्ड सागर को दिनाक 15.06.2025 को पुलिस अभिरक्षा में लेकर पूछताछ की गई जिसने अपराध करना स्वीकार किया तथा मेमोरेण्डम के आधार पर घटना में प्रयुक्त कट्टा की जप्ती की गई आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर माननीय न्यायालय पेश किया गया। आरोपी अपराधिक प्रवृत्ति के व्यक्ति हैं जिसके विरूद्ध अपराधिक मामला पंजीबद्ध हैं जिनका विवरण निम्न है-
01. इमरान उर्फ इवरान खान उम्र 39 साल (कुल अपराध-01) 01 अप क 695/2022 धारा 294,323,324,506,34 भादवि 25/27 आर्म्स एक्ट।
